Ashley Christensen is famous for comfort food classics, brilliantly reimagined using fresh local ingredients and French-influenced techniques. A James Beard nominee for 2018 Outstanding Chef of the Year, she won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2014. Chef Christensen has been featured on the Food Network and in numerous national publications. She’s also the author of the highly acclaimed cookbook, Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner.
